While the rest of the world is hoping for presents that include electronics, toys, video games and even clothes, entrepreneurs only want one thing - Success. As a serial entrepreneur, my life revolves around the success of my ventures and my identity is based on my entrepreneurial vision. It's a sad fact that us entrepreneurs are consumed by our own ideas and dreams, and anything beyond that id simply icing on the cake.

Sinus Buster is featured in the new First For Women magazine in an article about sinusitis. A woman who has suffered with chronic sinusitis for years and tried everything including several sinus surgeries, credits Sinus Buster capsaicin nasal spray with saving her life. When I invented Sinus Buster in 2003, I knew it worked because it solved my sinus problems and kept my headaches at bay.

Our recent interview with the  CEO of Zappos  has been a big draw for readers, and many of you have had questions about the first online shoe store that has grown into a multi-billion dollar sales machine. Zappos recently launched a health and beauty section that has already garnered millions in sales thanks to their loyal customer base.

After selling SiCap last year, I have continued to work for the brands I created within the new company and I love it. But I've always planned to continue my interests in capsaicin skin care as a side venture. I retained my initial capsaicin skin care brand, Youthful Trends for future use since the new company has set its focus on OTC medicines. So during the past year, I've worked nights and weekends to relaunch my capsaicin skin care line under the brand name Greensations® because I believe we've only scratched the surface of what hot peppers and other herbals can do for the skin.

The new Greensations natural skin care line launched last week with three initial products, ThermaSkin, ThermaScalp and ThermaFeet. These are the first natural body sprays to use caffeine and capsaicin to increase blood flow while relieving topical inflammation, itching and irritation.

It's been a year since Dynova has acquired Sinus Buster and its sister brands under SiCap, LLC. As I've been known to admit, the first phases of our corporate transition were tough. Even though I sold my interest in Buster brands, I also retained stock in the new company and I'm glad I did. Now that Sinus Buster has hit the shelves of Walgreens and Rite Aid, SiCap is starting to make it's transition from a small start-up to a major player in my opinion. 

Under the new corporation, I've been retained to focus on my dream job. I finally get to develop new products under a company that has the resources to make my inventions a reality. Now that a year has gone by, SiCap is about to release my first new product under the new corporate structure. It's been a long road, but our CEO has found a way to balance the corporate structure with our entrepreneurial roots, and the results have given us a very productive pipeline for innovative new natural health products.

It appears the media has plenty of time to spend on jack asses like Kanye West, and even stories about President Obama calling Kanye a "jack ass", as if we didn't already know. Then there was Serena Williams and her strange outburst at the US Open. I felt sorry for her until she popped up on CNN this morning, selling her new autobiography.

Instead of trying to fix a credit crisis with more credit through government bailouts, the Obama Administration needs to find ways to spur growth without wasteful giveaways. This type of band-aid approach creates a fake economy that will never be able to stand on its own. The government needs to start backing small innovative businesses and entrepreneurs with cash, instead of siphoning everything toward big business. By supporting small businesses that don't waste money, this economy can re-grow itself with lasting jobs and real profits. Once big business and big government gets involved, the constipation builds fast, and nothing trickles down to the average consumer or business owner.

This is an interview I did with Tony Hsieh, founder of Zappos.com. Zappos was the world's first online shoe store, founded in 1999. Today the company does more than $1 Billion yearly in sales over the internet with shoes and related accessories. Zappos is a true story of the American Dream, and Tony Hsieh is the key to its enormous success.
